The location was quite convenient, allowing easy
access to nearby restaurants and shops. However, the room I was initially given had issues with mold and a lack of windows, which was disappointing. After raising my concerns, they promptly moved me to a better room.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
I had a wonderful stay, as the location was perfect—close to parks and a variety of restaurants. The air-conditioned Economy Double Room provided comfortable sleeping, and I appreciated the hot showers after a long day exploring. The staff, though they struggled with English, were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. However, it would be great if they could improve their language skills to assist more international travelers.

I loved the cozy vibe of my room and enjoyed the refreshing pool, which was perfect for relaxing after my day out. The spa facilities offered a great hot tub and soothing massage options right on-site. The only little hiccup was the humidity in the room, but it didn’t ruin my overall stay. 😊

During my stay, I found the staff to be friendly and always willing to assist. I appreciated the space in the guestroom, which had a TV and a fan. The breakfast served was freshly cooked and sufficient for my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to see the options available for breakfast each morning. It felt good to start the day with a nice meal.
I had an issue when I returned in the evening and my room had not been cleaned. I was informed that I needed to authorize this, which was shown in very small print that I could not read. This detracted from my experience due to the lack of attention to detail.
